We are in La Punt Chamues in the heart of the old village, a village with many examples of historic Engadin houses that have been restored to their original splendour over the years thanks to careful renovations that have enhanced their authentic beauty.

Chesa Adam is a beautiful Engadin house dating back to the 1800s, renovated in the early 1980s and surrounded by a beautiful garden, part of which is in shared use. There are only five flats spread over three floors. The flat is on the top floor and is spread over two levels. No lift.

A wide entrance hall leads into the bright living room with the living area with a large, tall fireplace and opposite the dining area and kitchen, which face south onto a delightful balcony from which you can enjoy views of the old village.

On the same floor is a double bedroom and a windowed bathroom with a separate toilet area to the side.

A staircase leads to the floor above where there is a large gallery with a ceiling with old beams and a beautiful glass window, this room can become a second large bedroom and the existing bathroom, which currently has a very low ceiling, can be enlarged. Also in this area is a second small bedroom with a sloping ceiling, lit by a velux window and an attic storage room.

The square metres are approximately 180 and include a separate room outside the flat but on the same floor, currently used as a cellar and cloakroom area.

Common areas are the laundry room and an area where you can leave your skis.

A parking space is available for rent in the underground car park of the neighbouring building a few metres from the house.
